Christmas of 2009

Christmas is not about the gift you receive or the money you spend. It is whom you share it with that matters. For me, Christmas is all about Family, for it is the only time in the year that you can share a meal as one and bond. This might be the last Christmas that I might spend with my family because hopefully next year, I am spending Christmas with the family of my own. ^_^

The week before Christmas was one busy week. There are a lot of preparations to be made like buying food to prepare on Christmas Eve and buying gifts. But what’s more exciting was the Parties that was about to happen. A total of 4 Christmas Parties was on my list ^_^. First was my Baby’s Company Party (held White Sands @ Lapu Lapu), Second was UC’s Party (held @ UCLM), Third was the Kageron Party (held at 2 separate events, first @ Parkmall and second @ SM). This year was a wonderful year for us… hope we will have this event again next year.

One Piece: Strong World
In honor of One Piece’s Tenth Anniversary, The Film “One Piece : Strong World” is released. This one is quite different from other One Piece Films because this one was written by Eiichiro Oda himself.
The Movie was released on December 12, 2009. And it will be another 6 months before the DVD is released. The story’s main antagonist is Gold Lion Shiki, the same legendary pirate who managed to escape the great undersea prison Impel Down, and stood among such famous pirates as the Pirate King Gol D. Roger and Whitebeard. He was introduced in the Manga during the Impel Down Arc (425) and on anime filler “Pre Movie Arc: Little East Blue” (episodes 426-429)

A Kageron Bantayan Getaway

We had a great time during our Bantayan Getaway. Together with my Baby and my Kageron Family (Mark, Ivane, Earl and Billy). Although there were supposed to be more of us in the initial plan but they couldn’t make it for the trip.

The Plan
The plan was originally Earl’s idea. He asked Ivane to initiate it because he thought Ivane could convince all of the gang to come. A lot responded to the plan and many said they will come.
The Meeting
After the open forum via Facebook Mail, everything was set. All we had to do was finalize everything via a formal meeting. Meeting took place Saturday (1 week before the event) at UC Main. Mark, Ivane, Rocky and Jay was there. We finalized on what to bring, the expenses and other stuff. After the meeting, Baby and I went to SM to buy our own Tent.
